How Do I Download My Tickets?
Were so excited to welcome you to The Black Dub, Mile 9 for the Isle of Man TT!
Check out the details below to ensure your day is as stress-free as possible.
Step 1.
Your e-tickets are now available for download. To access them, navigate to the Thank You page after checkout. Look for the prominently highlighted 'Register' button in blue for easy identification (for this example weve used orange). Click on this button, and it will direct you to a portal login. Refer to the images below for Step 2.
Step 2.
After clicking the 'Register' button, you'll be directed to the portal page. Please enter your name, email, and phone number—these details are crucial for us to keep you informed about any ticket-related updates, such as road closure changes, etc. Once you've provided this information, click the 'Save Details' button. This action will bring you back to the Thank You page, completing the registration process. Your cooperation ensures that we can keep you informed and make your event experience even more enjoyable.
Step 3.
Upon reaching the Thank You page after registering, you can seamlessly add your tickets to your Apple Wallet. Additionally, you have the option to download and print the tickets for your convenience during the event. We recommend both methods upon arrival to ensure a swift and hassle-free check-in process.
What if I Can't Access the Thank You Page?
Don't worry! Take a moment to check your email for a confirmation message. The email will resemble the example below. Click either 'View Your Order' or 'Click_to_download_tickets,' and you will be redirected to the same location as Step 3. From there, you can effortlessly download your tickets or add them to Apple Wallet. This ensures you have quick access to your tickets when needed.
